BEFORE SERVICE BLOCK
- [ ] Turn on Cameras
- For Camera 1,2, and 3 this will be power switches in the rack room.
- For Camera 4 and 5 these will be power toggles located on the side of the cameras.
- [ ] Remove Lens Caps
- [ ] Turn on Multiview TVs and QC monitor
- [ ] Unlock Switcher
- Press and hold the lock button on the switcher until you hear the beep and the board changes colors.
- [ ] Press Setup Button on router panel
- [ ] Swap confidence to CG-A Conf on router panel
- Press: A CONF / CONF and A CONF / DSM buttons
- [ ] Test confidence from CG-C
- Press: C CONF / CONF and C CONF / DSM buttons
- [ ] Check Camera Comm
- Make sure that you can talk and hear on all channels
- [ ] Test all inputs that will be used in service
- Cams, CGs, PVP, Still Stores, Playback Decks
- [ ] Test Keys 1-4 on ME1 & ME2
- Key 1 should be graphics coming from CG-A.
- Key 2 should be graphics coming from CG-B.
- Key 3 should be graphics coming from CG-C.
- Key 4 should be graphics coming from CG-D.
- [ ] Test FLEX Keys 1-2
- Flex 1 and Flex 2 should be lyrics from CG-A.
- [ ] Check AUX Outs
- Aux 1&2 (IMAG) = ME2 PGM
- Aux 3&4 (Center) = PVP 3&4
- Aux 5 (Stream/LAO1-1) = ME2 Out2
- Aux 6 (LAO1-2) = Cam 1 if single lead song 3, ME2 Out3 if dual lead
- [ ] Test macros that will be used in service
- [ ] Run rehearsal and practice all transitions with camera ops
SERVICES
- [ ] Confirm with Producer or Propresenter op that all record decks are rolling 15 minutes prior to service
- [ ] Take PreRoll from CG-B before doors are open to the auditorium
- [ ] Go air on CG-A over PreRoll for 15 minute countdown
- [ ] During the 15 minute countdown make sure the frame rate of all 5 cameras is adjusted for worship.
- To do this you will use the RCP panels at the far end of the video switcher row.
- Press the VF button which will then become illuminated on each of the first five RCPs.
- Then lower the M. Gain on each panel to appropriate levels using the arrow keys directly beside the readout.
- Cameras 1-3 usually will be around 80
- Camera 4 and 5 usually will be around 100 or 125
